Pay Rate/Range: $14.50-18.00/hr
Description: Working in a call center, providing guidance for customer and employee questions. Will also order checks and help with electronic banking support, new and closed account reports, bill pay and online banking registration.
Job Requirements: Must have above average customer service skills, a patient and positive attitude, excellent phone skills, good attention to detail, good problem solving and organizational skills. Must have previous experience working with MS Excel and MS Word.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00pm
