Pay Rate/Range: $20-23/hr
Description: Local facility is looking for those with ERP and SAP experience, to join a digital transformation journey as an ERP Change Management Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in preparing our teams for a successful ERP system launch. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every business user is confident, capable, and ready ahead of the go-live date.
What You'll Do:

Execute change management and training plans across all work streams in partnership with the digital team.

Create clear, engaging communications to keep stakeholders informed of key milestones and updates throughout the ERP implementation.

Design, organize, and deliver training sessions that help users effectively adopt and navigate the new ERP system.

Identify and proactively address resistance to change before and after go-live.

Champion a positive mindset toward change across the organization.
