Pay Rate/Range: $20/hr-$23/hr
Description: Seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support various functions of the Human Resources department. Responsibilities include handling multi-line phone calls, providing excellent customer service, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, supporting benefits administration, and ensuring HR policies are followed. Strong communication, proofreading, and office equipment skills required.
Job Requirements: Candidates should have a minimum of six years of administrative experience and at least one year of experience in Human Resources. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. An Associate Degree in Business Administration is preferred, and applicants must possess a valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Direct-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
