Pay Rate/Range: $18-19/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) for production

Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed)

Feed raw materials into machines

Inspect parts using precision tools

Troubleshoot and fix machine issues

Check output for machine-related flaws

Keep records of approved and defective products
-
Maintain activity and downtime logs
Requirements:

Proven experience as a machine operator

Familiarity with high-speed machinery and measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)

Knowledge of production procedures

Adherence to safety regulations

Ability to read blueprints and manuals

Strong attention to detail

Teamwork and communication skills

Physical stamina and strength
-
High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree is a plus)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm
