Pay Rate/Range: $15/hr
Description: Our client is seeking a temporary office assistant to join their team, This position involves performing a variety of office duties, including but not limited to:
- Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls, provide information, direct calls to the appropriate department, and take messages as needed.
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are properly checked in and directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Billing and Collections: Assist with light billing tasks, including preparing and sending invoices. Support the collections process by following up with clients regarding outstanding payments.
- General Office Support: Perform other clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies as necessary.

Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Temporary 2-6 weeks
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
