Pay Rate / Range : $63,000 / yr
Description : The Research and Development (R&D) Engineer Apprentice is a member of the engineering team, working under the close guidance of the R&D Engineers and Director of Engineering. The primary responsibility is to develop new part design through an understanding of materials, processes, and the application of scientific fundamentals on multiple projects and platforms. Must have the ability to adapt to new process concepts, acquire an advanced level of mechanical ability, and display strong problem solving skills.
Job Requirements : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field with an emphasis on mechanical skills. Candidates for this role should be actively pursuing or graduating with a degree in a related field (Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering).
Job Type : Direct Hire
Shift / Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7am-3 : 30pm. Schedule may vary based on the project.
