Pay Rate/Range: $13/hr
Job Description: The Traveler Support Center Representative will provide assistance to travelers and hotels, including handling emergency hotel reservations, check-in support, and payment card assistance. This role requires clear communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage customer inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Assist travelers with emergency hotel reservations.

Provide check-in support and resolve any issues with the hotel stay.

Manage payment card-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service.

Work efficiently to meet performance targets and deadlines.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

Ability to handle customer concerns and provide timely solutions.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
