Pay Rate/Range: $62,000.00-$72,000.00/yr
Description: Will perform administration, accounting and customer service on fiduciary accounts while ensuring compliance requirements are met for each account, along with timely, efficient service to clients. Will complete the entire onboarding process for new accounts, gather estate assets, including the responsibility of conducting inventory at the house of the estate and ensure it is performed under dual control. Obtain appraisals on asset inventory for trusts/estates as necessary. Calculate and direct all necessary distributions from accounts and ensure timely tax return filings. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: Must have three years previous experience. Four year college degree in related field required. Juris Doctor, C.P.A. designation or CTFA designation or equivalent preferred. Must be detail oriented, have proficient computer skills and strong MS Excel skills, be able to read and interpret legal, tax and financial documents. Have the ability to work overtime when needed, have strong time management skills, have the ability to adapt and be flexible.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
