The Art Of Anti-Aging is a premier aesthetics practice located on South Lamar. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our team.
Looking for skills such as exceptional customer service, upbeat and professional, passion for the aesthetics industry, organization and excellent work ethic. Must be customer focused, friendly, professional and attentive.
Consult with customers on their skin and body care needs, develop care plans in treating skin, recommend professional care products and services. Deliver quality technical service with emphasis on the customer’s goals and is responsible for building a request client base through referrals and utilizing promotional materials available, while following all company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable with skin care lines and aesthetics. This includes fillers, neuromodulators, Glo2facial, lasers, waxing, microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, acne patients, anti-aging regimens and all Fitzpatrick skin types, etc.
The Licensed Medical Esthetician is an integral part of the team in treating patients and is responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience. Duties include building relationships with our patients, consulting the patients with pricing and services, ordering supplies and ensuring we have all the required information for their visit. This is a boutique company and team job responsibilities are required outside of solely performing aesthetician services.
* Employee must possesses, and be willing to display, all relevant licensing and must be dedicated to keeping current on any licensing changes and abiding to all rules and regulations associated with license, including display regulations
* Provide safe and effective treatments at the highest standard of care
* Obtaining client health history through use of client intake forms, assessing problems and conditions and consulting with client on recommended treatments
* Thorough, detail oriented medical charting required after each visit
* Recording detailed treatments notes for all clients in the computer including contraindications, allergies, medications, formulations used and treatment preferences
* Actively participating in sales, social media and marketing events
* Maintaining training and education on skincare lines and proactively promoting these products to clients
* Dedication to achieving and maintaining retail to service sales
* Maintaining correspondence with clients regarding treatment follow up

Position requires multitasking, exceptional phone and people skills, organizational and computer skills and the sincere desire to help people
Must have a minimum of 3 years of plastic surgery, dermatology, surgical or medical spa and office experience.
Laser certification is preferred
We need someone who is reliable, dependable, follows through with instructions and can work with minimal supervision
Natural ability to sell and educate clients on products and treatments
Must be customer focused, friendly and attentive
Must be able to follow instructions in our procedures and protocols
Impeccable attention to detail and creating results
Must possess the ability to work well with others and arrive to work on time
Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
