Seeking a framing apprentice for a busy print shop. Learn and grow as a framer/restoration specialist. This is a full time position, pay is based on experience with room for growth as your experience improves.
The ideal candidate is organized, mature & professional. She or he has a background in Customer Service and Art. Looking for a candidate that wants to grow with the business.
Custom Picture Framer -Duties will include:
- Custom frame fitting and glass cutting. Glass and Mirror Cutting
- Frame Chopping & joining. Mitre Chopper, V-Nailer Machine
- Custom Mat Cutting and Mounting Artwork. Archival Hinging, Drymounting and Canvas Stretching
- Installation & Delivery. Including Valuable, Large, Fragile or Antique Artworks and Picture Frames
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
