Title: PM Guest Services Houseperson
Reports to: Director of Operations

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented PM Guest Services Houseperson to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and seamless stay. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Front Office, Events team, and other departments to deliver outstanding service, maintain organization, and anticipate the needs of our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Assistance: Provide exceptional service by addressing guest requests and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay. Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
- Front Office Support: Assist the Front Office team with various tasks, including delivering items to rooms, managing requests, and handling last-minute needs.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and organize inventory for guest amenities, event supplies, and other materials. Ensure stock levels are sufficient and communicate any replenishment needs.
- Event Setup: Collaborate with the Events team to prepare venues for meetings, gatherings, and special occasions. Arrange furniture, decorations, and equipment according to event specifications.
- Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with all departments to anticipate and address guest and operational needs. Ensure timely updates and coordination across teams.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to lift and move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Schedule:
This is an evening position, with shifts primarily occurring during late afternoon and evening hours. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, may be required based on event and guest needs.
