Job Overview:
We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to spearhead our growth by acquiring new clients in the telemedicine industry and medical offices within our key specialties. In this role, you’ll focus on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals, with light account management responsibilities before transitioning clients to our dedicated support team. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach in the telemedicine and medical office sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to follow-up and closing, ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in our CRM system (HubSpot).
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue goals, number of providers added to our network, and prescription volume.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and conventions (approximately one per quarter) and attend on-site meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with ownership and the management team to refine sales strategies and align with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in healthcare or health tech sales is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Willingness to travel for conferences (approx. 1 per quarter) and be on-site for meetings as required.

- Competitive base salary of $75,000 with uncapped commission potential (OTE $150,000).
