We are currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in providing exceptional services to adults with developmental disabilities across the state.

Position Summary:
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will work closely with adults with disabilities to create and implement behavior support plans (BSPs), conduct assessments, and provide ongoing support and monitoring. BCBA will meet with the family to determine what approach they would This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, offering the opportunity to work in both community-based settings and in individuals' homes throughout New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes and contributing factors of challenging behaviors.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) that promote positive behavior change.
• Provide direct support as necessary to implement BSPs and achieve client goals.
• Travel statewide to provide in-home and community-based support for individuals with disabilities.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and support staff to ensure consistency in the implementation of behavior plans and strategies.
• Offer training and guidance to family members, caregivers, and support team members on effective behavior management techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate progress regularly, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, assessments, and behavior data.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities, preferably in community-based or home settings.
• Ability to travel statewide within New Jersey for in-home and community visits.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including the potential for evening or weekend work as needed.
• Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple cases across diverse locations.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to the well-being of individuals with disabilities.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
