Responsibilities include:
- Delivering quality nursing care based on individual care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring resident conditions and communicating effectively with families and staff
- Supervising nursing assistants as necessary
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Illinois
- CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care is preferred
- Compassionate and respectful attitude towards residents and colleagues
