Role Player
The Ascendancy Group’s Mission
To be the unequaled provider of special operations forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community focused technical, service, and training-based solutions.
Security Requirement:
- Must possess at minimum a SECRET-level security clearance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as Surveillance role player for team scenario specific role play.
- Conduct area familiarization and adapt to the operational area.
- Provide constant surveillance of a specified subject and conduct the full spectrum of surveillance (discreet - harassment).
Position Requirements:
- Must be local to the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with supporting roles for SOF and previous experience as a role player in a training exercise.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of understanding of and Possession with basic tradecraft skills.
- Must have 5 years of experience in military or law enforcement and have operational experience in surveillance and counter surveillance.
- Must have 5 years of experience in the tactics, techniques and procedures used by specialized DOD personnel regarding surveillance, counter surveillance, and operational tradecraft
- Must be proficient with driving in various environments.
- Must be able to provide constant surveillance of a specified subject and conduct the full spectrum of surveillance.
- Must be skilled in map reading, surveillance detection, and technical surveillance.
