We're Hiring! HR / Payroll Analyst (Contract)
Are you an experienced Payroll Analyst looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong payroll and data analytics expertise to join our team on a contract basis in a hybrid role (2-3 days / week onsite).
What Youll Do :
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for a multi-state, multi-entity organization
Maintain compliance with state and federal payroll laws
Prepare payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders
Review personnel actions and verify HRIS data accuracy
Resolve payroll issues and support HR system-related inquiries
Administer payroll policies, general ledger processes, and reporting
What Were Looking For :
5 years of payroll experience 5 years of data analysis experience
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
Dayforce proficiency is strongly preferred
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills & ability to work with discretion
Availability for occasional work outside regular hours to ensure timely payroll processing
