Full Stack / AI Engineer
Location : Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid Onsite 2-3 days / week)

About the Role :
We are seeking a Full Stack / AI Engineer to join a newly established team at a growing startup initiative. This role will begin as a team of one , with plans to expand to two members. The ideal candidate will have a passion for AI / ML technologies, strong programming skills, and experience working in startup environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks such as text generation, summarization, and translation.
- Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4 ) to meet specific business needs.
- Integrate LLMs into existing systems and workflows to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Build and deploy machine learning models in production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to develop training datasets and optimize AI / ML workloads.
- Work with real-time data processing and inferencing architectures .
- Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI / ML applications.
Required Qualifications :
2-3 years of experience in software development and AI / ML engineering.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working in a startup environment .
