Overview of Position :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Solutions Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that meet the complex business requirements of our organization. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Serve on an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) team to support the business of Finance and Human Resources
- Maintain a high level of user expertise for the ERP platform
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and develop strategic solutions using Workday and related applications
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ERP modules
- Oversee the integrations of ERP with other business systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Conduct all phases of system changes for each new Workday release, including planning, design, configuration, testing and training
- Assess the impact to current and future processes, analyze upstream and downstream impact to the business and systems
- Consult and help lead stakeholders to identify, recommend, and implement new continuous improvement opportunities
- Responsible for supporting cross-border and cross-functional process improvements projects and delivering measurable improvements
- Develop technical documentation, including solution design documents, data flow diagrams, and system architecture diagrams
- Solving service and incident tickets within an IT ticketing system
- Contribute ideas for continually improving the team’s productivity, job enjoyment and code quality
