KEY REQUIREMENTS:

✔️ 3 years of motor vehicle title processing experience (dealership, auction, or banking preferred)

✔️ High attention to detail, strong communicator, highly organized

✔️ Must be fully onsite and reliable – attendance is critical

✔️ Comfortable with Excel and switching between multiple systems

✔️ Team-oriented and task-driven with ability to meet strict deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES:

🔹 Process motor vehicle titles across multiple states

🔹 Communicate with DMVs, customers, internal teams

🔹 Maintain SLA goals (20 transactions/day)

🔹 Support the Leasing – Collateral Management Team

🔹 Respond to title-related inquiries via phone/email

🚫 Not a fit if:

❌ History of poor attendance

❌ Can’t work onsite daily

❌ Disorganized or unable to follow direction
