Inbuilding Construction Manager (12-Month Contract)
📍 Location: 650 Quinn Avenue
🛠 Duration: 12 months
💰 Pay Rate: $40-$48/hr W2 (paid every Friday)
🚀 Role: Manage large venue inbuilding construction projects with some travel required. Oversee civil works, scheduling, quality control, and vendor compliance with Ericsson and federal standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
✔️ Manage schedules, materials, and vendor performance
✔️ Conduct site inspections, audits, and progress reporting
✔️ Troubleshoot construction challenges and enforce compliance
✔️ Lead teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
🎯 Requirements:
✅ 3-5 years of experience in civil works/project builds (200 sites)
✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
✅ Knowledge of safety regulations and construction procedures
