Responsibilities
The Technical Administrative Assistant III will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Program Director, including:
- Preparing deployment packages
- Coordinating travel
- Oversseeing medical, dental, and vision requirements for deployed personnel
- Submitting expense reports and purchase requisitions
- Maintaining office supply inventory on-site
- Working closely with the technical administration team to ensure all site and personnel needs are met
The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of relevant Executive Assistant or leadership support experience, with a proven track record of managing meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements.
