Full Stack Engineer

Position: Sr Full Stack Developer

Location: Englewood, CO

Duration: Direct Hire

Compensation: $130-140k bonus

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced technology contributor who's passionate about building next generation software and working with other architects to research and choose the right technologies to advance strategic initiatives. This individual will be a strong technical developer participating on a product team comprised of other developers, testers, and product owners. The ideal candidate will have a deep and diverse technology background and a proven track record of solving complex business and technical challenges.

PRIMARY RESPONABILITIES

• Code daily to create new features, programs, and proof-of-concepts. Suggest product improvements and streamline development productivity.
• Contribute efforts as a key team member in an agile environment - participating in daily stand ups, sprint reviews, sprint planning and other agile ceremonies.
• Build an understanding of how our products are built and how they work, think end-to-end by connecting all the pieces of the business to deliver the features to delight our customers (internal and external).
• Interact with scrum masters and product owners to understand needs and deliver against strategic priorities.
• Hold yourself and others accountable for supporting our systems through deployment coverage and triage, access to real time metrics and monitoring dashboards, and troubleshooting issues that arise.
• Closely follow industry trends, demonstrate a passion and motivation for continuous learning.
• Demonstrates technical leadership by mentoring others, assisting architects with design ideas, and helping build a successful team.

• Technical Skills: C#, .Net, HTML/CSS, SQL, Restful API (bonus if you have Vue.JS, Node.JS or REACT)
• Soft Skills: Technical leadership experience, collaborative and works well in an agile team, creative problem solver, innovative thinker.
• Additional Role Details:
• Experience with Cloud technology is highly preferred (Azure or AWS)
• It would be nice if you have some experience with customer facing applications (there is a mobile component to the projects, but you won’t be working on a mobile app)
