Contract Rate : $56.33 / hour (W2)
Job Details :
- Design and implement high-reliability electronic systems, including PCBs, embedded systems, and power electronics.
- Lead and perform all aspects of circuit card design lifecycle activities, including requirements capture, schematic capture, component selection, signal integrity analysis, simulations, timing analysis, and thermal analysis.
- Generate PCB layout constraint guidelines, routing instructions, creation of board stackup and oversee the routing, layout, fabrication, and assembly of complex designs.
- Creation of test plans, root cause analysis, and testing of electronic circuits and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues during the development and testing phases.
- Design circuit cards using FPGA, processor, and DDR memory components, as well as industry interfaces such as Ethernet, PCIe, I2C, USB, LVDS, and SERDES bus technologies.
- Work collaboratively with team members and independently on assigned tasks.
- Utilize schematic capture tools for the creation of circuit card designs, such as Siemens Mentor Graphics DxDesigner and / or Xpedition, Altium, Cadence Allegro, EAGLE, KiCAD, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile for Hardware Development, including planning, tracking, and managing hardware development projects in JIRA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Hardware Verification and Validation of high-level and low-level requirements complying with DO-254 standards.
- Compliance with industry standards and regulations, including DO-254 and DO-160.
- Experience working with requirement management tools like IBM Doors, Jama.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
