Position :
PC Refresh Technician
Location : Denver, CO
Setting :
100% onsite - 75% in the office, and 25% traveling within the Denver Metro area
Contract Length : 12 months
Contract Rate : 22.50 / hour (W2)
Overview :
This role is for a PC Refresh Technician who would be responsible for replacing outdated hardware with new, pre-built equipment across various locations within the metro area. This resource will work with end users to coordinate and schedule time for the refresh. Although most devices will be pre-configured, some minimal software installation may be required. This role involves traveling to multiple sites, including both office and power plant environments, with a target of completing 35-40 device refreshes per month. This resource will work with another Refresh Tech, building computers, deploying new equipment, and processing the old equipment returned. After they deploy the new equipment, if the user has issues, the tech will manage those issues and escalate to the larger Deskside team if needed.
Schedule :
Monday-Friday, standard daytime hours, with some flexibility permitted. No overtime is expected.
Qualifications :
- Must have 2-3 years of previous experience in a Help Desk, Deskside Support, or similar type of position
- Strong Customer Service, written & oral communication skills are required
- Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required; mileage will be reimbursed
- Must have proficiency in Windows 11, general peripherals, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Azure AD, and basic PowerShell
- Attention to detail is required
