Pay : $72 / hr W2

Setting : Onsite, M-F

Work Hours : 7 : 00 AM—3 : 30 PM (flexible). Based on team needs, occasional overtime may be required.

Duration : Contract (6 months - 1 year)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a Distribution Operations Coordinator to manage and execute switch plans, coordinate with the control center, and ensure smooth operational scheduling within our distribution system.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and write detailed switching procedures for distribution systems.
• Coordinate with the control center to schedule and approve switch plans.
• Review and finalize switch plans with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor the execution of switch plans, address questions from the control center, and provide follow-up support.

Typical Day :

• Identify upcoming switch plans that require preparation.
• Draft and submit plans for review and approval.
• Coordinate scheduling with the control center and hand off approved switch plans.
• Address any follow-up inquiries and maintain communication with the control center.

Requirements :

Top Skills & Qualifications :

• Familiarity with distribution electrical systems.
• Experience as a troubleman / lineman (5 years preferred).
• Strong coordination and scheduling skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle NMS (preferred).

Soft Skills :

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
