About the Role
Client is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage and reconcile backlog work orders. This role involves tracking progress, ensuring completion, and collaborating with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
β Backlog Management: Review, process, and complete outstanding work orders.
β Tracking & Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel to monitor and update progress.
β Collaboration: Work with internal teams (HR, compensation, hiring managers) to resolve issues.
β Independent Execution: Manage assigned lists and request additional tasks as needed.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
π Reviewing and processing backlog work orders
π Updating and maintaining records in Microsoft Excel
π¬ Communicating with coordinators & stakeholders for issue resolution
π€ Working independently while engaging the team when necessary
Who You Are
β Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
β Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to track, organize, and complete tasks accurately.
β Self-Sufficient & Collaborative: Works well independently but engages teams as needed.
β Great Communicator: Clear, professional interaction with internal teams & stakeholders.
β Bonus Skills: Experience in work order management, power/utility industry, or SAP is a plus!
