Overview:
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
Education:
Associate’s degree in computer science, management information systems or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years in Systems Administration, preferably in an organization with over 4000 employees.
- Helping organizations to efficiently use their networks and systems; ensure that the design allows all the necessary components, including computers, network, and software to fit together, work properly and optimize business goals.
- Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute and share knowledge.
- Extensive knowledge of Distributed Enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting corporate email systems including emails securing and encryption
- Understanding in systems security and compliance including PCI, PII, HIPAA, CJIS.
- Experience developing test plans, manage test articles, support and lead subsystem design verification activities through system integration.
- Incident, Problem, Change Management and Controls based on ITIL best practices, utilizing ServiceNow.
**A combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirements on a year for year basis.
Knowledge:
- PCI Environment management and Systems Security communication
- Office 365 Support
- Support Microsoft Active Directory domains (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, CA/SSL, FSMO)
- Build and support Microsoft Windows servers versions 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022
- Rebuild and reconfigure backup infrastructure with CommVault
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with effective researching and troubleshooting skills
- Datacenter and virtualization technology (VMware, Acropolis/AHV, etc.)
Preferred Knowledge:
- Intune and System Center Configuration Manager
- Virtual Desktop Configuration and Management with VMWare Horizon
- Okta
Licenses Required:
- Valid Colorado Driver's License.
Certificates Preferred (at least 1 required):
- CompTIA Network , Security
- VMware
- Microsoft Certifications
- Cloud based technology (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Other certifications may be presented to fulfill the requirement

Physical Demands:

Work Environment:
- Normally works in a clean, comfortable environment.
- System support issues may require working outside the office environment and in or around emergency response vehicles.
- Requires rotational on-call support status after normal business work hours.
