Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to design, develop, and optimize data architecture solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Database, Ab Initio, Talend, and working with JSON ingestion into Java APIs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background who can define, implement, and manage robust data solutions aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-level data architecture solutions.
- Develop and manage PL/SQL procedures, triggers, and packages for data processing.
- Architect and maintain Oracle Database solutions, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Utilize Ab Initio for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data cleansing, and data transformation.
- Implement and maintain Talend ETL workflows for data ingestion, processing, and integration.
- Read, process, and ingest JSON data into Java-based APIs for data exchange and integration.
- Define data governance and best practices for data modeling, database design, and data security.
- Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand and implement data requirements.
Qualification
- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and deep understanding of Oracle Database architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Ab Initio ETL tools for data processing.
- Expertise in Talend for ETL workflows and data integration.
- Ability to read JSON files and efficiently ingest them into Java APIs.
- Experience in data modeling, database design, and performance tuning.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and big data architectures.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and data streaming.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Certification in Oracle Database, Ab Initio, or Talend is a plus.
- Experience in cloud-based data solutions and big data frameworks is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
