They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office while overseeing a range of initiatives that support our growing global team.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations and Project Ownership
- Develop strategies and processes to enhance office operations and improve workflows.
- Take full ownership of projects such as managing complex seating charts, optimizing space allocations, and implementing office safety initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 15 external vendors, providing clear direction and ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Lead office design and leasing initiatives, including furniture procurement and overseeing interior design projects.
- Manage building facilities, including filing work orders, procuring fobs, and coordinating with various external vendors to ensure a clean, professional, and functional office space.
- Act as the firm’s representative with building management and on-site parking garage teams.
- Manage the ordering of furniture, office supplies/equipment, and communal food/beverage.
- Maintain internal media and graphic design subscription lists, including regular audits of licenses, procurement of new subscriptions, and communication with TAG Finance Department, in coordination with the IT manager.
- Manage inventory and procurement of TAG devices and fobs.
- Assist with on-site troubleshooting of equipment.
- Coordinate the use of shared office space for guests and overseas colleagues visiting the TAG DC office.
- Provide general administrative support for team trainings, including annual briefings and Lunch & Learn activities.
- Act as a resource for foreign office establishments, providing guidance on operations, technology, and in-office aesthetics.
- Keep the reception area and kitchen spaces tidy, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Support management of front desk guest services and Ops Intern.
- Identify and undertake firm-wide projects in support of TAG Operations and other initiatives.
- Manage updates to the firm’s website, including Talent page edits and uploads.
- Lead or contribute to special projects as assigned.
- 5 years of experience in operations, office management, or project management roles with significant independent responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and implement solutions with minimal oversight.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a natural aptitude for learning new tools and systems.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing facilities or office design projects.
- Proven track record of independently leading large-scale or cross-functional projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- College degree (BA, BS, etc.) in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Salary : $78,000 - $105,000
