Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in commercial cleaning or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (training available).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with staff, clients, and company leadership.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a sense of urgency in ensuring tasks are completed.
- Military-style servant leadership approach to inspire and guide teams.
- Ability to maintain composure and make sensible decisions under pressure.
- Flexible schedule to meet company and client needs.
- Strong writing and computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize excellent people and project management skills to oversee cleaning operations.
- Conduct employee interviews, orientations, and performance evaluations
- Organize and manage tasks with a high level of foresight and problem-solving.
- Serve as a Floater Lead and Inspector as needed.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and standards.
- Train and develop team members on cleaning techniques, processes, and equipment, including: Chemical use and safety. Tasks like trash removal, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window washing.
- Understand Advanced techniques like buffing, stripping, waxing floors, stone care, carpet cleaning/spotting, and upholstery cleaning.
- Knowledge of construction environments, pressure washing, and window washing (a plus).
- Provide recommendations for cleaning methods, processes, and equipment to improve performance.

- Identifying surfaces and making recommendations for proper cleaning methods
- Make recommendations and train for processes and equipment
- Have a track record of industry leadership in commercial cleaning or equivalent.
- Knowledge of pressure washing, window washing and construction sites a plus.
- Ability to perform cleaning and floor tasks if needed and ability to train staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Choose your own hours
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- Leadership: 5 years (Preferred)
- cleaning industry: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
