We are looking for an A Janitor as part of our team in carrying out cleaning, maintenance and security duties nightly. Let our team support you in your part time endeavor and reaching your goals. Pay is WEEKLY!
Responsibilities / Qualifications
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
- Perform and document routine maintenance activities
- Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects
- A strong team member and a pleasure to work with
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs on any equipment
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Reliability and dependability is a must as you are working with a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is also required.
Skills
- Proven working experience as a Janitor or Custodian in a commercial setting
- Ability to learn to use a walk behind or ride on scrubber
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
Schedule:
- Monday - Fridays
- Rotating Weekends (every other Saturday and Sunday evenings)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
