Business Development Representative- Sandpoint, Idaho
The Aspire Institute is a business coaching, consulting and mentoring company focused on the residential builders market. Since 1986 we have helped thousands of small business owners reduce their stress, increase their profits, and achieve their dreams through better business practices. Since 2015, our focus has been specifically directed towards the residential general contractor industry.
We are expanding our business development team! We are looking for a sales professional to join our tight-knit team to help spread the word of The Aspire Institute and help general contractors all around the country. You will help connect business owners to our services, that will make their business processes smoother and more efficient. Success at Aspire will require personal drive, dedication, and motivation.
The position is an in-person position between sales, customer service and account management. Business development is the creation of long-term value for an organization from customers, markets, and relationships. Most of the duties are outreach and outbound sales through cold calling. Each month, an assigned territory is distributed to the team to sell coherently. Registering business owners within the assigned territory for the workshop tailored to their market on the designated date.
Job type: Full-time Wage $50,000 - $90,000 (base pay commissions).

- Manage an assigned calling territory.
- Cold call business owners to introduce upcoming workshops and demonstrate their relevance to their business.
- Enroll business owners for workshop participation.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services, and how they align with the business owners' needs

- Minimum 1 year sales experience
- Account management and/or customer service experience preferred.
