The Assistant Company has been retained by UHNW family in Austin to find an experienced Nanny who can travel can travel for extended periods of time, as well as coordinating household staff schedules. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.
In this position along with child care of four children (4,6,6 & 10) you will manage, oversee and coordinate the other nannies schedules. Typical schedule is Monday – Friday 40 hours per week. This is more of a Nanny-focused role (25 hours nannying), 15 hours PA/staff scheduling. $75K/year plus, a discretionary bonus up to 15%.
- Must have experience working for the HNW and UHNW as a Personal Assistant and Nanny
- Must have experience scheduling/coordinating staff.
- Must have current passport and the ability to travel with the family
- Experienced with managing and coordinating schedules and being able to switch gears at a moment’s notice if a nanny calls in sick.
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to travel for extended periods of time
- Must have a passport
- Must have knowledge of ADP payroll software
- Mac savvy
- College Degree
Personal Assistant duties will include running errands, making appointments, overseeing vendors, etc.
