Executive Coordinator
The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore is seeking a full-time Executive Coordinator.
We are looking for a friendly, organized and technically savvy individual who will be responsible for administrative aspects of our Executive office. This individual will provide high level support to the President/CEO, Chief of Staff and Chief Operating and Financial Officer with a particular focus on maintaining daily calendars, preparing for meetings and other customer relations needs of the team. This individual will demonstrate a high level of friendly and professional customer service with donors, board members, the community-at-large as well as Associated staff.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage the calendars of the President/CEO and Chief of Staff with attention to detail.
Schedule meetings (Board meetings, staff meetings, special events, one on one etc.) for executives as needed.
Partner with colleagues within the Executive Department and outside departments to ensure the needs of the executive department are being met.
Answer phones and directs inquiries to appropriate parties, handling requests as needed.
Provide excellence in customer service to lay leaders, colleagues and constituents who seek information, meeting scheduling or other types of assistance.
Handle delicate and custom projects that require executive department support.
Skills and Requirements:
Three to five years work-related experience in an Executive office.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent customer service skills
Pleasant and clear phone voice
Detailed oriented
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $60-000-$70,000; commensurate with experience.
