What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member and Guest Services Substitute-Park Heights position at The Associated and its Agencies?
Looking for dynamic enthusiastic customer service driven individual to join the member services department. Position open is for on call substitute staff to assist permanent team. Candidate will be greeting members entering the facility, checking identification, answering phones, and handling member and guest inquiries. Must thrive on creating memorable positive experiences for members and guests. Experience in customer service necessary. Position requires computer skills and ability to multitask in busy environment. Position hours are Mondays–Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-10:00pm. Weekend work also available.
