We are seeking a PRP Supervisor to oversee and enhance our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP). What You’ll Do:
Supervise & Support – Lead and mentor a team of PRP counselors, providing guidance, evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
Program Management – Oversee daily operations, track program outcomes, and ensure compliance with COMAR, CARF, and Medicaid standards.
Client Services – Conduct assessments, provide direct PRP services as needed, and ensure quality care for clients.
Program Growth – Recruit and retain PRP counselors, engage in outreach efforts, and establish strong relationships with referral providers.
Strategic Planning – Collaborate with leadership to refine policies, enhance service delivery, and support agency-wide initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Leader – Strong background in PRP services, with supervisory and program coordination experience.
Compliance & Quality Focused – Familiarity with Medicaid authorization, concurrent authorizations, and documentation requirements.
Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ability to track timelines, monitor program performance, and implement process improvements.
Collaborative & Growth-Driven – Skilled in team-building, outreach, and expanding program impact.
DLA-20 Trained – Preferred qualification for assessment and service planning.
Salary : $60,000 -$80,000 annually
