Jewish Community Services (JCS) is seeking a dedicated Program Lead for our SSID program area. This role is central to managing operational activities, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, foster a culture of accountability, and actively contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality support services.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support house managers and direct support counselors. Ensure staffing needs are met while managing costs.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements. Monitor and address quality assurance.
Manage budgets for residences, ensuring efficient use of resources like petty cash, groceries, and supplies.
Provide regular supervision, feedback, and training to empower staff and promote high performance.
Oversee medical appointment coordination, medication management, and resident health needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree or certification preferred.
Supervisory experience with in-depth knowledge of service delivery, compliance, and operational management.
Excellent written and oral communication, sound judgment, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with Jewish identity, including religious, ethical, and cultural values, is highly desirable.
Working Conditions
Hybrid Environment: Flexibility to work both remotely and in-office as needed.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to operate standard office equipment and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
Salary: $60,000 annually
