What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Assistant position at The Associated Management Company?
We are an established Property Management company looking to grow our team.
- Preparing and processing financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices.
- Tracking, monitoring, and inputting financial transactions.
- Reviewing financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy.
- Performing account reconciliations and audits.
- Compiling financial spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other documents, as needed.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filling out forms, virtual filing, and answering phone calls and emails.
- Providing customer service by answering questions and resolving queries and issues.
- Assisting the Financial Supervisor, as needed.
Financial Clerk Requirements:
- Bright, pleasant, and hardworking.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in financial or administrative work.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to learn financial software.
- Excellent financial and mathematical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
