What are the responsibilities and job description for the B2B Learning Manager position at the Association Careers?
About the Role:
You will be responsible for scoping and creation of custom learning products that address B2B client needs, where the business development opportunities meet designated revenue and margin thresholds. You will report to the Director of Learning Products and can operate remotely.
You Will:
- Work in partnership with Client & Partner Services (Sales) and Solutions Engineering and within the parameters of the Association's Learning strategy, scoping possible learning products to meet client's needs.
- While taking into consideration expected return on investment and available capacity, create a recommended solution that addresses client's business challenge, gap or problem.
- Work with Solution Engineers and Sales team to support proposal development by providing proposed learning products including product development plan and meeting with client team if requested by Sales.
- Produce and work to a product development plan and schedule, following Agile principles.
You Have:
- Knowledge of design thinking principles
- Knowledge of adult learning theories
- Fluency in educational technology and using new tools.
- Experience with hands-on building of learning solutions from design through to creation and deployment
- CPA or CGMA credential or prior experience working with accounting/finance professionals and understanding of the profession.
- Familiarity of Agile principles and ways of working
- Familiarity with AICPA & NASBA CPE Standards
- 5 years experience in learning development using multiple modalities for commercial sale
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, education, or a related field or equivalent experience.

The US Salary Range for this role is: $90k to $105k. Please note, this is a standard range and exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.
