Base Pay Range: $21.6 - $23/hr ($45k - $48k)

In this role, youll assist with exam eligibility, scheduling, results review, and retakes while ensuring exam integrity and contributing to the program's success.
The Exam Administration Coordinator is responsible for supporting activities related to the administration of the CFE Exam. This role provides essential support to both exam candidates and ACFE staff for exam processes, including exam eligibility activation, scheduling, rescheduling, reviewing exam results, and managing retakes. The Exam Administration Coordinator also assists in the implementation of policies and best practices while maintaining an awareness of exam integrity and security concerns to support the growth and uphold the value of the CFE Exam program.
Essential Functions:
- Directly supports CFE Exam candidates with exam eligibility activation, appointment scheduling, rescheduling, exam results, and exam retakes.
- Collaborates cross-departmentally with internal ACFE teams, such as Training and Membership, to assist members with exam-administration-related inquiries and requests.
- Updates and reviews exam-related communications, providing guidance and ensuring consistency in communications and procedures.
- Prepares, edits, and analyzes data and reports related to candidate exam attempts, results, and retakes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to candidates and stakeholders.
- Assists in maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implementing best practices and policies related to exam processes, including exam eligibility, scheduling, results, and retakes.
- Supports the training and education of team members and ACFE staff on exam administration procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to program standards.
- Maintains an awareness of exam integrity and security concerns, escalating any noted issues to the appropriate parties.
- Delivers clear, professional, and courteous written and verbal communication to candidates, staff, and other stakeholders, while maintaining a positive rapport and professional attitude.
- Acts as a backup for the Exam Administration Specialist, handling technical issues and escalations related to the CFE Exam as needed.
- Performs other duties as requested or required.
Required:
- Four years of high school resulting in a diploma or GED required; BA/BS degree a plus.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience required.
- Previous professional certification or association experience, including direct exam program experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to identify customer needs, collect data, and fulfill requests.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using and interpreting reports.
- Skilled in collaborating with internal and external resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and/or customer requests.
- Demonstrated professional attitude, patience, and tact when dealing with customers.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce reporting. In addition, proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
