The Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct project development from inception to completion.
- Develop and deliver price estimates, progress reports, and business proposals.
- Implement project timelines and identify critical paths.
- Produce communication documents as needed, including project documentation.
- Define project goals, deliverables, and scope.
- Collaborate with company and customer development teams for mutual understanding.
- Request project status reports from team members.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Build relationships necessary for project success and solicit new business.
- Evaluate project success factors at conclusion.
- Work with R&D/Product Development to introduce new products to existing and prospective customers.
