What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant - Compliance position at the ASSURANCE group?
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant - Compliance to join our team at The ASSURANCE group.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of laboratory data and reports as specified in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Methods. This includes coordinating, discussing, and assisting in compiling data necessary to complete paperwork, reviewing documentation related to testing for in-process and finished product samples, and archiving & Reviewing Data/Files IQ/OQ/PQ, PM/Calibration related to Laboratory.
To succeed in this role, you will need prior administrative assistant experience coordinating paperwork, a strong understanding of Word and Excel, and good verbal and written communication skills. You must also be able to deal with changing priorities and possess knowledge of FDA's GLP or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices),GDP regulations.
