What are the responsibilities and job description for the Document Control Coordinator position at the ASSURANCE group?
Packaging Manufacturer of cosmetic and personal care items located in Morris County, NJ is seeking an Document Control Coordinator.
The basic purpose of the Document Control Coordinator is to assure the quality of laboratory data and reports as specified in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Methods.
Coordinate, discuss, and assist in compiling data necessary to complete paperwork. Responsible for the review of documentation related to testing for in-process and finished product samples. Responsible for archiving & Reviewing Data / Files IQ / OQ / PQ, PM / Calibration related to Laboratory.
Qualifications for Document Control Coordinator :
Prior administrative assistant experience coordinating paperwork
MUST have OTC experience
Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary
Must be detail oriented and able to deal with changing priorities
Possess a strong understanding of Word and Excel
Knowledge of FDA's GLP or GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices),GDP regulations are a plus
