What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Guard position at The Athletic Edge Adventure Park?
At the Athletic Edge Adventure Park, we strive to be the best in family entertainment in the Mid-Valley area!
As a Floor Guard, you will play a large role in helping our customers have the best possible experience by ensuring the safety and well-being of the children playing in the play structure and throughout the park.
You’ll be responsible for supervising children to ensure they are following all park rules, assisting children in moving throughout the structure, cleaning and tidying play areas on a regular basis, cleaning up the general seating area, communicating effectively with all customers, and be a first point of contact for customers for any issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will be personable and have a fun, outgoing personality with an eagle eye for customer service, be a strong team player, be a problem solver, be able to effectively communicate with a wide variety of personality types, be able to lift up to 25 lbs, and enjoy making people smile!
