Our client, a longstanding technology investor with $50 Billion in AUM (mid-size investment management), is looking to hire a full-time Infrastructure Support Associate to work onsite out of their Midtown Manhattan location.
Overview:
The Technology Associate is responsible for managing and supporting the firm's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and providing high-quality support to end users. This role includes troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining system security, managing endpoint deployments, and optimizing IT processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Proactive in resolving underlying issues with technology
Serve as the primary technology analyst for all user requests
Owns all documentation for technology processes
Technology inventory management
Endpoint (Laptop/Desktop) builds
End user onboarding/offboarding
Active participant in our 24/7 NOC services
Ideal Candidate Experience:
2 years in financial/professional services or MSP
Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Defender, etc.)
Microsoft Office desktop suite
Cisco Meraki and TCP/IP network troubleshooting
CrowdStrike Falcon
Zscaler or similar DLP solution
Cisco Umbrella
Box administration
PowerShell scripting and automation
Azure Active Directory and Entra
Strong knowledge of W10/W11 and Windows Server environments
Microsoft Intune/Defender for Endpoint management, or similar MDM solution
Troubleshooting AV and Teams Meeting Room setups
Effective white glove customer service skills
Detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
Understands fundamentals of security best practices
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
