Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Manage guest reservations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, utilizing the hotel's property management system.
- Process payments, invoices, and other financial transactions accurately, following established procedures.
- Maintain and update guest records, ensuring their confidentiality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
- Assist in managing room inventory, making sure rooms are properly cleaned and prepared for new arrivals.
- Provide excellent concierge services as needed.
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and special promotions to effectively communicate them to guests.
- Attend to emergency situations calmly and follow established procedures for guest safety and security.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
- 1 years of hospitality experience (preferred)
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (a must)
- Must have a great attitude, and be motivated to work quickly and efficiently

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
