What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laundry Attendant / Room Inspector position at The Atlantic Hotel?
The housekeeping team at The Atlantic is collectively responsible for the cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail of all guest rooms and common spaces. This team ensures the property is looking spotless, loved, and that all comforts are in good standing for our valued guests. Our team is expected to be professional, friendly, and to contribute to a positive hospitality experience for our guests... and have some fun while doing it!
Start date will be mid May
Essential Job Functions
- Arrive on time to all scheduled shifts, in uniform and ready to rock!
- Ensure all rooms, and back of house areas are exceptionally clean, organized, and that they best represent our property and team.
- Take initiative, go the extra step, and ensure guest rooms are crisp, and beyond clean in a timely manner.
- Be a team player, contributing a positive attitude and helping your coworkers as needed.
- Prioritize daily tasks based on guest's requests, arrival & departure times.
Qualifications
- 1 years of housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Must have a great attitude, and be motivated to work quickly and efficiently.
