Accountant

Job Summary:

Candidates will work with and assist the accounting team. Candidates will be responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting functions for select companies within our organization.

Job Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to):

• Daily invoicing of previous day?s shipments
• Cash application for customer payments received
• Review and collection of aged receivables
• Work with program management to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Monthly inventory reserve write-offs
• Monthly review and reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts
• Accounts Payable ? Accrued purchases understanding and back up ability

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor?s Degree in: (with at least three years manufacturing experience)
  • Accounting
  • Finance
  • Business Administration
• Or Associates Degree with 10 years of Manufacturing Accounting Experience (Aerospace Preferred) ? with an increase in responsibility
• ERP experience (Microsoft AX a plus), Excel - Intermediate proficient ? V-Lookups & H-Looks ups a plus
