Summary: Manages accurate receipt and flow of product. Communicates with vendors regarding deliveries and condition of product upon receipt. Verbalizes with other departments regarding quantity discrepancies and product inconsistencies by performing the following duties.

- Records shipment data such as damages and discrepancies for accounting and recordkeeping purposes.
- Communicates with vendors regarding shipments or deliveries.
- Completes receipt transactions accurately systematically.
- Communicates with other departments regarding production discrepancies such as shortages and non-conformances.
- Knowledge of production flow processes.
- Un-packages and moves product.
- Utilizes forklift to load, unload, move, or stack materials in a safe manner.
- Understands generating purchase orders for outside processing and outside manufacturing.
- Manages and maintains an accurate numeric filing system.
- Navigates a fast paced environment with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.
- Responsible for the quality of their work and implementation of the quality policy.
- Ensures that document and digital data control is in compliance with AS9100 guidelines.
- Authorizes to stop any production order for quality concerns.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
Ability to obtain forklift certification.
