The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Room is a vital member of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Available Shifts:
ER and trauma experience is preferred but not required.
If someone is coming from Med/Surgical we would like to see at least three years RN experience,
otherwise, one year of PCU, ICU, CVICU, NICU, PICU, etc, is good, within the last three years.

Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an emergency room or critical care setting.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Experience with patient education and advocacy.
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations.
- Effective leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
